REDCOM Laboratories, Inc., a U.S. company that specializes in the development of advanced strategic, operational, and tactical communication solutions, is looking for an I.T. Manager to join our team. REDCOM is looking for an experienced hands-on manager responsible for all information technology activities including site-related networking, database, hardware support, software support, and leading enterprise-wide software implementations for both in-office and remote employees. Work closely with engineering development teams to support new product development (software and hardware). Business continuity of e mail, phone system, servers, VPN, ERP, CRM, etc. is also a critical aspect of the role.

- Complete special projects and perform other duties as necessary.
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
- No special working conditions – work in office environment
- Travel on an exception basis only
- May require extended work hours to meet project or customer requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work at a computer/computer workstation for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Additionally must possess mobility to crawl under and behind desks and obstacles with the set up of equipment.
- The ability to grasp with manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, wire a cable end and ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and information.

The wage range for this role considers the range of qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; education and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position.
Hiring salary range $110,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience
