Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Information Technology Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency, security, and functionality. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet the company's technological needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Ensure data security and implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Experience with remote access software and VPN technologies
- Proficient in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with Solarwinds monitoring tools or similar systems
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and maintenance
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
- Technical support experience is preferred
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
