Information Technology Auditor Manager manages audit projects of information systems, platforms, and operating procedures following established policies and standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. Coordinates resources and deliverables for annual and ongoing evaluations of IT infrastructure and establishes controls and audit procedures to identify areas of risk or non-compliance. Being an Information Technology Auditor Manager evaluates audit results and recommend improvements in current risk management controls, system implementation, and upgrade processes. Develops staff capabilities and competencies with training and coaching that reflect IT auditing best practices. Additionally, Information Technology Auditor Manager communicates overall regulatory, compliance, or operational readiness assessment results and follow-up action items to stakeholders. Coordinates external audit projects and initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Information Technology Auditor Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Information Technology Auditor Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Summary:

    ENTEK is looking for an experienced and motivated person to work at our Lebanon, OR site as IT Manager. This position is a technical lead role for the Information Technology need for the Lebanon site, with supervisory responsibility of a local IT team. This position will also coordinate local resources as needed for ENTEK Global IT initiatives. A qualified candidate will have experience in a broad range IT experience supporting a 24x7 facility which includes but is not limited to technical experience with a wide range of Microsoft products, strong networking fundaments, expertise in troubleshooting and prioritization of time management. This position also requires a strong independent learning interest, ability to mentor subordinates, and willingness to be a team player.

    • The IT Manager is a hands-on IT leader who is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and improvement of the site’s IT systems, including networks, applications, policies, security, availability and reliability. These systems provide services to our local and global 24x7 manufacturing operations.
    • This position will oversee and direct a team of IT employees who provide day to day support to end users.
    • Ownership of the IT ticket system and responsibility to ensure reasonable response time and end user satisfaction with IT services.
    • Ensure that all critical infrastructure is monitored, alerts are responded to, and on call after hour escalation chains operational.
    • Verify and update documentation and diagrams in place for IT infrastructure systems and procedures.
    • Provides technical leadership. Guides, coaches, and develops IT team members.
    • Schedules, assigns, and provides oversight on IT projects.
    • Deliver results with minimal supervision in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Travel may be needed on an infrequent basis, such as for new facility start-up.

    Required Experience:


    Required Qualifications

    • BS/MS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
    • 5 years supporting an IT operations enterprise environment.
    • Strong experience in a mid-size enterprise
    • Experience with enterprise software including on-prem, hosted, cloud, and SaaS.
    • Experience with infrastructure, hardware and mobile devices.
    • Experience with networking, security, file sharing, and application servers.
