Summary:  

The IT Support Team Leader provides support for our hardware and software infrastructure. Provides technical expertise in support of church staff and ministry volunteers, delivering technology solutions that enable ministry excellence in pursuit of the overall mission of the church.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of all IT hardware, software, and systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and support requests from church staff and volunteers, providing timely and effective assistance.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Maintain and improve our Church Management Database System, RockRMS, to best serve the staff and ministry.
• Develop and implement a volunteer recruitment strategy to attract individuals with relevant IT skills and expertise to support the IT department.
