Information Technology Auditor Manager manages audit projects of information systems, platforms, and operating procedures following established policies and standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. Coordinates resources and deliverables for annual and ongoing evaluations of IT infrastructure and establishes controls and audit procedures to identify areas of risk or non-compliance. Being an Information Technology Auditor Manager evaluates audit results and recommend improvements in current risk management controls, system implementation, and upgrade processes. Develops staff capabilities and competencies with training and coaching that reflect IT auditing best practices. Additionally, Information Technology Auditor Manager communicates overall regulatory, compliance, or operational readiness assessment results and follow-up action items to stakeholders. Coordinates external audit projects and initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Information Technology Auditor Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Information Technology Auditor Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR

    Our Information Technology Coordinator must be a champion for equitable, high-performing charter schools. They must internalize the vision of high achievement and character development for all learners. They will be inspiring, clear, direct, and transparent in their work throughout the school and be exceptional in assisting the technological functioning and advancement of a world class school.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Mission Driven: Demonstrate a sense of urgency about achievement for ALL students and preparing every student for four-year college.
    • Demonstrates tenacity and persistence in pursuit of solutions.
    • Work closely with the Superintendent, Principal, and other management staff to partner closely in driving to results.
    • Receive regular coaching and leadership development from the school's Superintendent, Principal, and other management staff.
    • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
    • Implement security measures.
    • Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
    • Offer technical support to school staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
    • Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
    • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
    • Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming.
    • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.

    Additional Duties

    • Coordinate partnerships with outside vendors.

    Required

    • Associate’s or greater degree
    • Commitment to the mission and vision of Explorers Academy of Science and Technology

    Highly Preferred

    • Prior experience working in schools
