Information Technology Director establishes, plans, and administers the overall policies and goals for the information technology department. Analyzes the needs of different departments and determines ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems. Being an Information Technology Director manages the research and selection of IT equipment, applications, and supplies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Information Technology Director typically reports to a CIO. The Information Technology Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Information Technology Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.   • The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Technician is responsible for planning, implementing, and commissioning technology systems. Primarily Access Control, Surveillance Systems, Door Entry, Nurse Call, and other duties including but not limited to assisting with our construction projects installing structured cabling, support infrastructure, terminating cabling, installing equipment. This position would collaborate directly with Project Management to assist with the daily operations on site while mitigating risk, improving customer relations and integrity of Push Technologies.

    Physical and Environmental Factors:

    • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
    • Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, carry, and lift as needed.
    • Ability to coordinate eyes, hands, feet, and limbs in performing skilled movement.
    • Ability to travel up to 80% of time.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

    · Ability to read and interpret plans, prints and specifications or learn.

    · Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.

    · Implement equipment, systems commissioning and testing.

    · Troubleshoot and support installed systems.

    · Certify and use industry standard test equipment.

    · Research systems and integrations and provide feedback to team.

    · Drive company vehicles for work and display company professionalism.

    · Represent Push Technologies in a positive and safe manner.

    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience:

    · Work Experience: Experience in commercial structured cabling and knowledge of the industry.

    • Education: Existing BISCI Technician certification, Cable & Systems certifications, and OSHA 10 certificate preferred or the ability to obtain in a timely manner.

    · Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of standard construction safety practices. Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA, and NEC standards. Basic knowledge of Networking using LAN/WAN, switch gear and routers.

    Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license and able to travel to various locations within or outside of the state.
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
    • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
    • Willingness to learn.
    • Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions – including but not limited to schematics and one-line diagrams.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.

    · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.

    · Ability to create documentation, reporting and communication using MS/Google platforms.

    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
