ASD is looking for a Junior Level Information Technology Specialist to provide IT support to the DPW in Ft. Bliss, TX on our D3i contract. In this role, the Information Technology Specialist will provide Helpdesk and Network support, perform technical trend analysis from available data sources (Remedy, etc.) to identify performance metrics that will enhance operational performance, collaborate with team members to identify issue trends, and suggest long-term strategies to help mitigate incoming issues.
