The Director of Information Technology (IT) will lead technology initiatives and continue to drive innovation, efficiency and deliver exceptional value to our internal and external constituents. The Director of IT is a visionary and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology trends, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspirer and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. The Director of Information Technology, as a member of the Core Division, plays a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, ensuring seamless integration of systems, and fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. The Director of IT is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure, from managing multiple projects to educating employees on new platforms and technologies. This position drives initiatives around the business support activities and process improvement at an organization level for successful implementation.
This position provides thought-leadership, works autonomously at times, and supports multiple program areas and their technology needs bringing in-depth expertise on business and technical knowledge across these domains. This role is pivotal in ensuring that technology infrastructure, systems, and processes support the organization’s goals and enable us to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape. It requires broad technology knowledge, business acumen and the ability to provide strategic technical direction and leadership. The Director of IT will develop and execute a comprehensive technology plan that encapsulates the organization’s technological vision, strategies goals and objectives, that aligns with the organization’s strategic plan.
