The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Technician is responsible for planning, implementing, and commissioning technology systems. Primarily Access Control, Surveillance Systems, Door Entry, Nurse Call, and other duties including but not limited to assisting with our construction projects installing structured cabling, support infrastructure, terminating cabling, installing equipment. This position would collaborate directly with Project Management to assist with the daily operations on site while mitigating risk, improving customer relations and integrity of Push Technologies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
· Ability to read and interpret plans, prints and specifications or learn.
· Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.
· Implement equipment, systems commissioning and testing.
· Troubleshoot and support installed systems.
· Certify and use industry standard test equipment.
· Research systems and integrations and provide feedback to team.
· Drive company vehicles for work and display company professionalism.
· Represent Push Technologies in a positive and safe manner.
Education and/or Experience:
· Work Experience: Experience in commercial structured cabling and knowledge of the industry.
· Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of standard construction safety practices. Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA, and NEC standards. Basic knowledge of Networking using LAN/WAN, switch gear and routers.
Requirements:
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
· Ability to create documentation, reporting and communication using MS/Google platforms.
