Overview

The Director, Information Technology is responsible for providing guidance to the IT team, building strong relationships both internally and with vendors, and providing support for systems and applications. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s technology initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT professionals, encouraging collaboration and promoting high- performance
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service levels meet or exceed
• Evaluate new technology solutions and partnerships to enhance the company's IT
• Effectively manage multiple projects, initiatives, and tasks while prioritizing based on business needs and objectives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
• Optimize the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program while overseeing software compliance.
• Lead the IT Service Desk organization in providing best-in-class customer support.
• Oversee application management and support for all the company’s assets.
• Oversee IT program and project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles with a track record of exceptional leadership and relationship- building
• Strong experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
