```Job Summary```

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts forward. This role involves a spectrum of tasks, from conducting thorough competitor research and crafting impactful marketing campaigns to diligently track their success. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping top notch training and educational programs while spearheading the identification, screening and management of orthodontic influencers. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques.

```Duties```

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising

- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences.

- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts

-Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channel.

- Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media compaigns.

- Stay up to date with social media and marketing trends and best practices.

- Develop a training program and facilitate training sessions.

- Manage stable of key opinion leaders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

```Experience and Education``

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field

- Proven experience in advertising or digital marketing

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and other content management systems

- Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.

- Strong knowledge of product management principles

-Strong editing, and proofreading skills

- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content

- Experience with budgeting and managing marketing expenses

- Understanding of market research techniques and data analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
