Information Technology Manager manages all IT activities in the organization. Implements and maintains the policies and goals for the IT department to support the company's needs. Being an Information Technology Manager ensures proper information system operations and plans necessary upgrades. Oversees the internal IT support function. Additionally, Information Technology Manager conducts research and recommends the selection of IT equipment, applications, and supplies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Information Technology Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Information Technology Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. We currently have a position available for an Entry Level Mobile App Developer.

Entry Level Mobile App Develop position requires an understanding of software development and computer/server infrastructure. Further, candidate must also be able to logically reason through problems and present alternatives in a clear and concise fashion.
Job Requirements
- Code, test, and document changes for new functionality and enhancements in both mobile and server-side applications
- Participate in design discussions and technical meetings.
- Understanding of technical requirements and ability o work independently or with a team.
Experience/Knowledge Requirements
- At least 2 years of programming experience (including coursework)
- Android and/or iOS (Swift) experience
- Demonstratable fluency in basic HTML / CSS
- Some knowledge of Javascript / jQuery
In addition, a successful candidate will be able to:
- Create and challenge requirements clearly and concisely when appropriate.
- Understand the fundamentals in web development and programming, applying them as needed.
- Learn and follow proper coding standards.
- Work independently with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to situations quickly.
Preferred Experience
- UI experience is a plus.
- Git and Github source control is helpful.
- Coldfusion, Ruby on Rails, PHP, C#, ASP.net (or similar).
- SQL Server or other relational database.
