This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Director of Information Technology will be primarily responsible in planning, developing, and implementing processes and procedures to achieve strategic goals. Critical responsibilities will include ensuring all aspects of IT and networking comply with industry best practices, regulatory and federal laws while providing expertise in the department.
1.Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent is required.
2.Minimum five (5) years related experience, including supervisory experience.
3.Experience in CRM database is required, Daxko Operations System is preferred.

9.Troubleshoot users and systems to provide timely solutions to ensure downtime is minimal.
