Overview
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager with a strong background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and expertise in Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP implementation and maintenance, as well as comprehensive knowledge of PCI DSS standards. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to support over 200 employees.
Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
· Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases across all locations.
· Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems.
· Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
· Verifying the integrity and functionality of server backups.
· Manage Microsoft M365 tenant and other online tools.
2. ERP Maintenance
· Lead the ongoing maintenance of ERP systems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of ERP solutions with business objectives.
· Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to optimize performance.
· Provide user support to maximize utilization and efficiency.
3. Risk Management and Compliance
· Identify IT-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
· Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to CIS and PCI DSS compliance.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all PCI compliance matters.
· Develop and maintain PCI DSS compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
· Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to PCI DSS standards.
· Implement security measures to protect cardholder data and mitigate risks.
· Coordinate with external auditors and regulators during compliance reviews.
· Conduct regular risk assessments and implement controls to address vulnerabilities.
4. End-user Support
· Serve as the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
· Provide timely and effective resolution to hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions as needed.
5. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
· Investigate and resolve software problems including installation, configuration, and compatibility issues.
· Collaborate with vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Extensive experience (5 years) in IT management roles with a focus on ERP systems and compliance.
· In-depth knowledge of ERP platforms.
· Background in Microsoft M365 and Azure management and support.
· Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements and experience managing PCI DSS compliance programs.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, networking principles, and cybersecurity best practices.
· Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, or ERP-specific certifications are a plus.
· Leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.
· Ability to pass a test lab
