Acts as the IT relationship manager to the business area; manage and prioritize the project portfolio, providing consulting services for building business cases for new projects and facilitate business process analysis. Provide leadership in implementing project management best practices and methodologies. Manage multiple full cycle project implementations and track performance, effectiveness, risks and ensure quality and consistency. Supervise and provide personnel performance management for business analysts and development staff. Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by participating in and supporting strategic business operating plans. Additional Responsibilities:
