In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Product and Program Managers as they deliver an outstanding experience for consumers using our Financial Products for their everyday financial needs.
As a Project Manager on the Financial Products team, you will be accountable for:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Go to Market & Engagement team by developing a repeatable End to End validation program for the Financial Products as they interact with tax systems. Engage closely with cross-functional teams of field leaders, product managers, engineers and designers to develop an understanding for operational performance and downstream impacts. Develop testing artifacts, process documentation. and use cases for the testing including expected outcomes and downstream data flows. Complete other product related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 year related experience. Work experience, internships and practical projects will be considered.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools.
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness in presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Introduction to formal product management methodologies.
