    Core Responsibilities as a Marketing Order Code Information Specialist are below:

    • ­Contribute information and ideas towards project/task evaluation
    • ­Update project management and resources, accordingly, including any relevant documentation
    • ­Develop and maintain queries, tools and reports for MOCI users and/or external stakeholders using various relational databases (DB2, HANA, SQL, EDL)
    • ­Develop solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the various processes/tools that are utilized by the MOCI Business Support team and others
    • ­Collaborate with the MOCI Business Support Specialists, as well as other stakeholders, with the development, execution and maintenance of various toolsets
    • ­Develop, maintain and deliver internal and external training materials such as instructions for new toolsets
    • ­Act as the subject matter expert for MOCI data and toolsets


    General Knowledge & Experience

    • ­Process and/or project management experience
    • ­Experience with influencing without authority
    • ­Strong collaboration, communication and negotiation skills
    • ­Experienced facilitator (virtually and in person)
    • ­Detail-oriented
    • ­Experience with learning, maintaining and supporting multiples systems and processes
    • ­Expert at Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps)
    • ­Exceptional Excel knowledge and experience (data, macros, etc.)


    Database / Technical Knowledge & Experience:

    • ­Demonstrated SQL experience used weekly in the past 6 months in handling large data sets and relational databases using one of more of DB2, HANA, SQL Server, etc.
    • ­HANA experience is preferred
    • ­Ability to decipher data models, interpret data and analyze results with minimal guidance
    • ­Managing and designing a reporting environment, including data sources, security and metadata
    • ­Experience performing some coding with macros or other tools to provide reports in Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and other reporting tools. Intermediate experience preferred

    • ­Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and PowerApps/PowerAutomate workflows
    • ­Familiarity with Deere Products and Processes
    • ­Experience working in a cross-functional, global team environment
    • ­Experience in roles that required demonstration of a strong working knowledge of a Configuration Management System
