    As the Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our organization's infrastructure and network systems. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations, scalability and security. You will lead a team of skilled IT professionals (internal & contractors) and collaborate with other departments to meet the company's technology needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Infrastructure Design and Management:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's infrastructure and network.
    • Design and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure network architecture.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor and manage 2-3 team members of network and infrastructure professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve department goals.
    • Network Administration:
    • Lead the configuration, monitoring and maintenance of network equipment and services.
    • Ensure network performance and availability meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Infrastructure Maintenance:
    • Perform routine system upgrades, patches and maintenance to ensure system integrity and security, including all backups.
    • Plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
    • Security and Compliance:
    • Implement and enforce security best practices and policies to protect company data and assets.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
    • Evaluate and select vendors for hardware, software and services.
    • Budgeting and Cost Management:
    • Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization.
    • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, infrastructure designs and procedures.
    • Generate reports on network and infrastructure performance and security.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5 years) in infrastructure and network management, including 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of network protocols, security protocols and infrastructure technologies.
    • Proven experience in a manufacturing and/or warehousing environment.
    • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
