    • You will provide the strategic direction and leadership for Organization Change Management and provide Subject Matter Expert knowledge and application of organizational change management frameworks and models.
    • You will provide change management methodologies, process and tools to create strategies that support customer and stakeholder adoption of IT services delivery that enhance the customer experience.
    • You will develop leaders' strategic enterprise organization change management competency to support the development and implementation of POAMs and data-informed, adaptive practices for efficient and effective enterprise IT services.
    • You will lead change management initiatives to optimize work streams/ workflows rooted in structured IT methodologies and processes.
    • You will establish communication channels between stakeholders/customers to provide reliable and consistent enterprise risks identification and risk mitigation efforts.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: Applicants will be assessed against Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs). Failure to provide a separate narrative statement which describes fully and concisely how your experience meets the Mandatory Technical Qualifications will eliminate you from consideration.

    MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Each must be addressed separately in your Supplemental Narrative Statement. Each MTQ must not exceed 2 pages.)

    1. Leadership and management of change management activities that support the development and deployment of the complex Enterprise IT Systems.

    2. Demonstrated leadership and managerial acumen in implementing change management protocols as well as serving as an advisor to the functional teams responsible for the implementation and/or deployment of the Enterprise IT Systems to a large customer-base.

    3. Knowledge of Data Analytics.

    4. Experience providingEnterprise IT Strategic Customer Engagement and Support.

    5. Knowledge of Complex Program or Portfolio Management and/or Directing experience.
