Information Technology Supervisor supervises employees of the information technology department in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Ensures proper functioning of the organization's information systems and makes upgrades as necessary. Being an Information Technology Supervisor helps business operations groups utilize information systems to improve their efficiency. Our work depends on Information Technology Support Specialist’s joining our team to support Tier I operations for a large infrastructure effort in Annapolis Junction, MD.
The Information Technology Support Specialist’s duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering calls, chats and emails from customers
Providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external client
Provide timely updates and closure to client requests and issues
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly
Must have and maintain 8570 Level I certification (A , Security or similar)
Technical Support or Customer Service experience is required
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: HS/GED, 1 years of experience
