Information Technology Supervisor supervises employees of the information technology department in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Ensures proper functioning of the organization's information systems and makes upgrades as necessary. Being an Information Technology Supervisor helps business operations groups utilize information systems to improve their efficiency. Keeps computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet organizational needs. Additionally, Information Technology Supervisor follows appropriate programming procedures. Location: Hybrid with residency within one hour of Altoona, Iowa or North Liberty, Iowa

Position Summary: |
Responsible for managing and directing the company’s information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service. The role provides enterprise-level leadership and strategic direction for the information technology functions, including data processing, computer services, network communications, and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives. Day to day leadership includes oversight of recruitment and supervision of information technology staff, capital and operating budgeting, information management systems, and strategic planning. The Director of Information Technology reports to the CFO.
