The role you’ll contribute:
The Associate Enterprise Imaging Administrator is primarily responsible for basic level onsite Picture Archiving Communications Systems (PACS) support for AdventHealth Radiology and Cardiology imaging applications and hardware equipment. The Associate Imaging Administrator is required to report onsite at their associated AdventHealth facilities, work throughout the duration of their shift, and is responsible for promptly resolving PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system while adhering to the organization’s established service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, this role acts as an Information Technology resource to all imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, and Cardiologists and supports the department with day-to-day technology incidents & requests which include but not limited to: ServiceNow tickets, imaging workflow build & configuration, voice dictation & reporting, modality configuration & connectivity, diagnostic equipment, participation of project tasks, archiving, prefetching, new initiatives, and other related imaging systems and components.
