Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     The Director of Information Technology and facilities is responsible for all aspects of EAW’s technology and its’ facilities management and maintenance.  This position requires someone with a broad technology background who understands networks, systems, data and applications and can provide guidance across each technical discipline. The Director also leads in the design, build and management of EAW’s contact centers, including their maintenance and on-going operation. This is ‘hands-on’ position in which the successful candidate will perform technical work as well as direct the work of others.

    Essential Functions
    • Lead a cross-functional technology team that builds, manages and supports EAW’s contact center infrastructure and systems.
    • Plan capital budgets and work with the EAW management team to procure and manage EAW technology and facility assets.
    • Define a technology roadmap plan, which is aligned with operational requirements, and identifies potential technology capital investments.
    • Define and create processes which improve business productivity and enable EAW to be compliant with client requirements.
    • Manage the implementation of disaster recovery plans in the event of a disaster or emergency that interrupts normal information system operations.
    • Hire, train and mentor IT staff members and students in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
    • Take a leading role in EAW’s Information Security team and align IT deliverables with client security requirements.
    • Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contract terms, ensuring quality of service delivery.


    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
    • Prior experience managing cross-functional Information Technology teams, across multiple sites.
    • Understanding of information security and experience in complying with various data security standards (ISO-27001, PCI-DSS).  Prefer some kind of cyber security certification (e.g. CISM, CISA, SSCP, CompTIA Security, etc.)
    • Experience working in Microsoft environments, including:  Azure, Windows OS, Defender, Active Directory, SQL Server, etc.
    • Extensive experience and understanding of the contact center industry and technologies commonly used to support modern contact centers.  (Experience with Alvaria contact center platforms is a plus.)
    • Experience in planning, building and maintaining contact center facilities, including site selection, architectural design, city permitting and general contractor management.


    Working Conditions
    • Extended periods of sitting while working on the phone and computer.
    • Work hours could include evening hours.
    • Minor amounts of domestic travel required.
