POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support of the computer and phone systems, and network infrastructure, this includes but is not limited to providing maintenance and support of the software systems used by the company.

While performing the duties of this job, on occasions the employee will be exposed to humid or outside weather conditions. The job activities will require the employee to work in an office and shop/warehouse environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel to perform maintenance on the equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and peripheral vision.
Flexibility in work schedule is also required for possible overtime, work on holidays, weekends and extended hours with minimal notice and as required by operational need.
