Injection Molding Machine Operator sets up and operates injection molding machinery to shape plastics. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Being an Injection Molding Machine Operator adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Additionally, Injection Molding Machine Operator requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Injection Molding Machine Operator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We manufacture high tolerance custom machined components for the medical, military, microwave, aerospace and telecommunications markets.
Our shop seeks an experienced Maintenance and Finishing/Deburring Operator to join our team.The ideal candidate will be able to complete all final deburring/graining, tumbling, cleaning and visual inspection on high-end precision machined components. The successful candidate will assist and communicate daily with the Shipping and Receiving Department to maintain on-time delivery of parts. On an as needed basis the candidate will assist in delivering “just in time” components. You will partake in general shop maintenance and continuous improvements of the workplace. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and possesses the dedication and drive to be a CNC Operator/Machinist.Finishing/Deburring:- Manual deburring
- Surface graining
- Operation of tumbler and bead blaster
- Washing of precision components
Building Maintenance:- Snow removal
- Handle recycling chips
- General maintenance and upkeep of facility to provide a clean, safe work environment while continuously improving the workplace.
Candidates should possess the following:- 1 years in a fast-paced precision machine shop
- Highest attention to detail, quality, and on-time delivery
- Knowledge of basic deburring and finishing tools and processes
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work both as a team player and independently with minimum supervision
- Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle
