GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The main responsibilities of the Injection Molding Operator is to perform all manufacturing tasks in the injection molding area following established procedures which includes documentation and guidelines. Inspecting injection molding product to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met. Must set up injection molding machines and trouble shoot any quality issues. Inspect, clean, and perform maintenance on plant machinery and accessories, as necessary. Must adhere to all safety guidelines. Data entry of work order information. Follow all instructions and willing to learn new manufacturing technics. Positive attitude and good attendance is a must. Must be able to train new employees.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must possess excellent communication. Must be alert, able to concentrate, and use good judgment. Majority of the time spent standing and walking. Occasional bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting. Moderate physical effort required equivalent to lifting 25 or moving up to 100 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Will work in a normally acceptable production floor or warehouse with no abnormal hazards or risks. May be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust.
