Inservice Training Director directs the overall design and development of training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Establishes a skill assessment process to collect input and identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Being a Inservice Training Director consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. Ensures curricula designs support defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Inservice Training Director develops standards and methodology to prepare high-quality outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Oversees and approves the selection of software or collaboration tools used for training. Establishes the appropriate metrics to use for the evaluation of training effectiveness. Analyzes outcomes to determine ROI and recommend changes to programs and budgets. Evaluates and selects vendors to provide support, training materials, or to conduct training sessions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior director. The Inservice Training Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Position Title: Training Generalist
Core Schedule Blue Shift (Days Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm). Must be flexible in adjusting work hours when needed and working overtime and whatever shift is needed. Weekends may be required to work when needed. Must be able to travel both domestic and international up to 70% of the time.
The Training Generalist is responsible for the Vuteq training strategy, including designing, developing, and facilitating training programs as well as provide training, coaching, and assessments in support of Vuteq Group’s training systems. Developing training systems through analysis, design, development, and assessment of training programs and tools. Develops and implements processes, programs, and procedures to strengthen Vuteq’s performance in support of business objectives. Partners with other Vuteq facilities to develop training solutions to deliver results in support of our manufacturing excellence journey. Provide direct supervision and training to the Training Team Leaders. Provide leadership to the Training Team. Support, conduct the Vuteq Group Travel Training, and monitor the training outcomes.
Reporting to the EHS/Training Senior Specialist, the Training Generalist is responsible for helping supervise and coordinate activities. Traveling to other Vuteq Group locations and performing training activities there or monitor Training Team Leaders is a requirement. The Training Generalist helps with creating new training elements, preparing, and presenting new training material. This position provides leadership and will safely meet training goals at Vuteq Operations Support Center (VOSC).
