As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. You will cultivate relationships with clients, communicating the value proposition of our products/services, and closing deals. We offer an exciting opportunity to make an impact on our sales efforts. As part of the team you will report to the Regional Service Sales Manager.
Your Role
You will conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to generate leads and opportunities.
You will qualify leads and prospects to determine their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.
You will experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns while providing a positive experience.
You will utilize your product knowledge to communicate the benefits of additional parts and accessories to customers.
You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to exceed sales targets.
You will manage sales pipelines, track leads and opportunities through multiple stages of the sales process, and provide regular updates to management.
You will stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
You will utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and forecasts.
You will identify opportunities to upsell additional parts and accessories on all quotes, applying product knowledge and customer rapport to increase sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will support in maintaining and improving the QMS and ISO 9001 certification.
You will support in maintaining best safety practices.
To Succeed, you will need
You will have an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field or similar experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service.
You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing service activities or in a relevant environment.
You will have negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
You will be proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
You have a passion for sales and a desire to continuously improve and grow professionally.
