Provides appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Manager trains and coaches staff in selling and relationship-building skills needed to grow and maintain sales pipelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. - Manage the front desk and serve as a friendly first point of contact for visitors and customers
- Manage social media marketing and maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform general clerical duties
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain an organized office environment

- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Must have social media marketing experience
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial and payroll management tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- High level of professionalism and discretion
