Job Description: The technical advisor to the Outside Sales Manager, in charge of development of the scope of work for architectural projects, to be used for both Red Dot personnel and our customers.
ISM Job Function:
· Generating project takeoffs and create job scopes from drawings and specifications.
· Prepare quotes for special vendor pricing on buy-out items.
· Collaborate across sales teams and internal partners (estimating, pricing, and project management) to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Demonstrate full and complete dedication to learning our product and processes.
· Respond promptly to all client and potential client inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
· Generate and submit bids to customers as requested, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
· Prepare documents for presentations with customers that can include schedules, sketches, and product data information.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 2 years experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Construction, or Construction related field.
· Ability to interpret Architectural and Structural Drawings.
· Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to establish rapport over the phone, build credibility rapidly, and clearly articulate the value proposition.
· Excellent professional verbal and written communications skills
· Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
