Inside Sales Representative is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Being an Inside Sales Representative reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Inside Sales Representative work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     We are currently hiring for Inside Sales Agents that reside in the state of Texas.

    As an Inside Sales Licensed Insurance Agent you will be handling inbound calls or leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers. Depending on your work assignment, you will interact with our customers through live calls.

    Pay Details:

    • Total average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and uncapped monthly sales incentives.
    • Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $100k .
    • Starting base salary is between $45K-$49.4K and monthly incentive plans vary depending on work assignments. Position assignments vary depending on business needs.

    Schedule Details:

    • Paid training is (4) months for those with a Property and Casualty Insurance license and (4.5) months for those unlicensed.
    • After training is complete you will transition to a permanent schedule that generally starts between the hours of 11:00am – 1:00pm your local time. One weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week. Weekend rotations vary by position.
    • You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
    Qualifications
    • At least 2-3 year of experience in sales and customer service
    • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
    • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
    • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
