Inside Sales Representative is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Being an Inside Sales Representative reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Inside Sales Representative work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Responsibilities

    • Generate new sales opportunities through research/prospecting and heavy volume outbound cold-calling
    • Contact and qualify new leads generated through various marketing efforts such as trade shows and direct mailings
    • Build and maintain sales pipeline through solid follow up regimen and time management
    • Evaluate opportunities with prospect to ensure a successful long term business relationship.
    • Present opportunities to decision makers via phone, and emails
    • Co-ordinate internal resources and personnel to respond to home owner concerns and questions.
    • Potentially attend industry trade shows and events to recruit and generate leads
    • Requirements
    • Minimum 3-5yrs telephone sales experience in a phone sales environment
    • Ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone
    • Must be comfortable and able to conduct heavy volume cold calls
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software such as SalesForce
    • Must be a confident and self-motivated individual, with a burning desire to be successful. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong listening skills to better service our home owner prospects. *Individual must be goal oriented Possess a strong work ethic, while maintaining a positive attitude with honesty and integrity. Previous franchise or dealership with in home sales experience is a preference.
    • Experience selling home improvements is a plus
    • Compensation

    Paid Training; Base Salary; Commission; Paid Expenses; and other benefits.
