As an Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction and fostering trust 
• Making outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquires 
• Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
• Admin duties such as: Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.

(Required qualifications)

• ​Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per applicable state laws
• Experience: 1-2 years' experience in customer service
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds

• Pay: $18 per hour - $22 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday and some Saturday availability
