    With The Condo Experts, you will learn how to help clients achieve their goals and needs by using our step-by-step plan and process called The MaserPlan. We promise that our brand and formula will immediately differentiate you from the other realtors when competing for listings. When joining our team, we have high expectations for you. We strive to be the best at what we do for the benefit of our clients.  Our condo sellers deserve the best in the business and we can teach you how to be just that. This starts with learning your market and values of units, consistent lead generation (cold calls, text, and emails), and consistent follow-up with your database (we set you up with a pre-built territory with info on all the owners). We will help you strategize, focus, and organize your daily routine, hand you a dedicated target of 1500-3000 units to manage, and provide you with the tools, marketing, training, CRM, and everything you need to be successful. 

    Our agents that follow our road map, consistently make $150,000-$250,000 per year, while maintaining happy healthy lifestyles. You get to work from home, although you are welcome to come into our office in Santa Monica. Most of our weekly team meetings are on google meet or Zoom, thus allowing you the flexibility of location.

    We will collaborate and show you how to build a consistent pipeline in a very targeted location – in the area, you want to be. Focus, focus, focus.  Each member of The Condo Experts has their own territory with target sales goals. That’s right, no one else on the team competes with you for the same clients. We all collaborate! The better we all do, the better you do too (and vice-versa). Our job is to help position you as The Condo Expert in your area, which you will become!  You get to leverage our 25 years in the business and all of our sales over 700 units personally sold by our founder, Brian Maser (nearly $1B). When you show up, our entire team and company show up with you. Come join the family and build your foundation for life, while helping others!

    Responsibilities
    • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
    • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
    • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
    • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
    • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met

    • Generate listing leads, by cold calling, texting, and emailing.
    • We will provide you with a custom-built CRM just for you and your managed area to farm.
    • The best realtors know how to prospect and are willing to spend 1-3hrs per day going after listing leads, as it is the best way to build your long-term business.
    Qualifications
    • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
    • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
    • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
    • 1 year of real estate sales experience
    • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
    Compensation
    $75,000 - $150,000
