Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for researching and quoting parts, making outbound calls, and maintaining sales records. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with our existing base of larger more complex customers.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and quoting parts
- Effectively manage and develop an existing customer base in order to exceed set targets
- Take inbound calls and conducting outbound calls to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
- Collaborate with the engineering team and other staff
- Utilize EPR software to generate quotations, sales orders and create shipping documents
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Suite with heavy emphasis on 365, SharePoint, Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Additional skills preferred:
- Knowledge of technical machinery is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints using CAD
- Working knowledge of Bill of Materials
Salary: commensurate with experience
