Inside Sales Representative, Sr. is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Being an Inside Sales Representative, Sr. reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative, Sr. develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Inside Sales Representative, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Job SummaryTrotter’s Appliances and Furniture is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Inside Sales associate to join our team! As Inside Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.Responsibilities- Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
- Collect payments by cash and credit card
- Issue receipts and refunds to customers
- Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work
- Ability to pick up chairs, furniture, interior design knowledge is a huge plus!
