Inside Sales Representative, Sr. is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Being an Inside Sales Representative, Sr. reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative, Sr. develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. The Marketing/Inside Sales Specialist will manage communications and follow-up on inquiries and warm leads generated through company websites and social media outlets.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develops relationships with potential clients by responding to website and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Develops and implements strategies for follow-up and sales conversion tracking.
· Applies knowledge of the services to the needs of potential clients.
· Answers inquiries from clients concerning services available.
· Communicates leads and service interest to appropriate salesperson to close sale.
· Periodically prepares and reports results, status of contact, and leads to manager.
· Collect content (pictures, video, etc) for social media, websites, flyers, and other advertising platforms.
· Assist in planning and developing programs to maintain a favorable company image.
· Study the company’s objectives and assist in building PR and marketing strategies that influence public opinion.
· Assist with projects and events.
· Build and maintain relationships with community partners and members.
· Maintain knowledge of company resources.
· Attend meetings for the department or business units as needed.
· Coordinate with the sales team and other departments as needed in responding to leads.
· Demonstrate creativity and initiative on all tasks and projects.
· Participate in PQI and administrative meetings as requested.
· Perform any other job-related duties pertaining to the Marketing Department of Wayne Halfway House, Inc.
Education and Experience
· A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business field is preferred.
· At least 2 years in sales and marketing is preferred.
NO FELONY CONVICTIONS. Must pass a drug screen and background check and maintain eligibility for continued employment.
