Inside Sales Representative, Sr. is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Being an Inside Sales Representative, Sr. reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative, Sr. develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Inside Sales Representative, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acquire customers via high-volume cold calling, email prospecting, social networking, referrals, etc. We assist in providing leads (no territories- available market is virtually unlimited, anyone who ships in the US)
    • Collaborate with our Operations department to service customer needs
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers
    • Providing quotes and negotiating rates with customers
    • Communicating thoroughly and proactively throughout the shipment process
    • Assembling and coaching your support team as your book of business grows

    COMPENSATION:

    This position will earn a base salary uncapped commissions. Additionally, our unique compensation plan includes a tiered base salary that increases as your book of business grows.

    First year On-Target Earnings: $55,000 - $80,000

    Second year On-Target Earnings: $90,000 - $120,000

    Third year On-Target Earnings: $100,000

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills:

    • 1 years of proven success in a sales/account management role
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
