Inside Sales Representative, Sr. jobs in Muskegon, MI

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic, ambitious, organized and motivated person who can work on nurturing and developing our current customer base and growing new ones. The right person will have the basic skills and charisma to make sales and provide solutions to customers. The market is out there waiting to be tapped by a talented and driven individual.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively engage in selling company products/services and related items. Provides material estimates and quotes for projects.

• Enters customers, quotes and orders into ERP system.

• Plans and paces own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.

• Handles and resolves simple customer complaints and forwards more complex issues to more senior staff for resolution.

• Knowledge of company products, competitors' products and company standards

• Knowledge of company product pricing, discount and estimating formulas and guidelines

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of basic sales techniques, concepts and the ability to influence and persuade

• Demonstrates strong detail orientated sales skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) program

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in manufacturing or construction trades would be very beneficial. Must have a solid written and verbal communication, strong organizational and project coordination skills, strong mathematical skills, basic competency in MS Office software. Must pass Criminal Background Check and drug test.

Rate of pay commensurate with qualifications with sales volume based incentives.
