The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers through the buying process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout, and creating customers for life. An extensive product knowledge base, a mentality of impeccable customer service, and a desire to grow your business are key for success in this industry. Previous sales and customer service experience are preferred, but not mandatory. A teachable, positive attitude along with a dedicated, reliable work ethic are must-haves. All applicants will be required to go through a background check and drug screening process and will be asked to present both personal and work-related references upon application.
This position has a guaranteed base pay PLUS a bi-weekly commission pay based on sales!!
Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly motivated sales mentality
- Track record in building and maintaining relationships with customers
- History of utilizing CRM systems (preferred)
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft and Google products
- Skillful in navigating web-based platforms and websites
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday each week with one weekday off each week
