Inside Sales Representative, Sr. jobs in Saginaw, MI

Inside Sales Representative, Sr. is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Being an Inside Sales Representative, Sr. reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative, Sr. develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Inside Sales Representative, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Apply now! This position will not last long! Responsibilities :

    • Secure orders for our products and services.
    • Identify and qualify potential customers.
    • For each potential customer, develop a plan to achieve sales objectives.
    • Show product features and benefits to potential customers.
    • Prepare specifications and price quotations on equipment packages potentially costing tens of thousands of dollars.
    • Be knowledgeable about the application of products to customer’s needs.
    • Keep up to date on new products and features.
    • Be familiar with competitor’s products and services.
    • Work industry equipment shows and exhibitions.
    • Engage customers via social media to promote all Knapheide products, promotions, and events.
    • Close new accounts by working with walk-in customers and end-user calls.
    • Create quotes and transfer orders to fulfillment and order processing.
    • Act as the voice of the customer on the shop floor to assure that the completed unit meets customer intent.
    • Review features and capabilities of the product with the customer upon completion of the unit.
    • Anything else reasonably requested by Management.

    Qualifications :

    • Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred; certification in sales or work-related experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook)
