Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication
- Generate leads and identify new sales channels
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new market opportunities and strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Assist Sales and Marketing team as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role. Ability to negotiate and close sales deals successfully
- Strong ability to make outbound calls and engage customers effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of beauty industry is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools to manage leads and track progress
- Detail oriented and ability to self motivate
