Inside Sales Representative, Sr. jobs in Wilmington, DE

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a sales environment. An inside sales rep must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Starting salary of $40 - 50k plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Understand customer needs and requirements; provide excellent customer service through sales, tech, and parts calls.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

• Maintaining customer accounts through parts quotes/sales

Skills

• Proven sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

• Proficient with corporate productivity and web tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Associates degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
