Job Profile:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for sales generation, customer support, and account management. Leads, inquiries, and subsequent revenue will be attained by phone, on the website, and via efforts by the Outside Sales team. There will be very minimal “cold calling” of potential customers.
Responsibilities
o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, Sales Operations, Warehouse Management, Product Management, and Quote Specialists, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities related to customer orders and account management.
o Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve invoicing and credit approval issues, ensuring that all customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
o Provide strategic guidance and support to other Inside Sales Representatives, collaborating to ensure adequate coverage for all customers and optimizing team performance.
