Inside Sales Representative, Sr. jobs in York, PA

Dauphin Electric is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Team! As a Counter and Inside Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in-person and over the phone, developing quotations, entering orders, reviewing and pulling orders, and ensuring customer needs are met in a professional and timely fashion. Generating new sales/business through sales initiatives and goals will be essential.

When needed, this job will also include work in the warehouse - shipping, receiving and stock put-away.

Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, persuasiveness, adaptability, ability to learn quickly, solve problems, negotiation skills and be goal driven.
