What You’ll Do:

• Manage incoming calls and outbound call campaigns
• Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information when using our CRM and other software as provided
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow the Sales team procedures, guidelines and policies
• Participate in outbound call campaigns and attend outside sales events (travel required)
• Basic troubleshooting of internet/tv/phone service
• Other duties as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• High school degree
• 1 year of sales experience
• Spanish a plus
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and practices
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with MS office and phone systems
• Ability to travel (5%)
