Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers, as well as in charge of placing orders to generate sales. You will communicate with customers via phone and email, assisting them with their inquiries, orders, and product information. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for customer satisfaction and sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Expand and retain current customer base
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their business needs
- Provide sales support to existing accounts and obtain new orders
- Provide technical help to external customers and internal teams in product deployment or troubleshooting
- Assist in customer support; managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
- Conduct proactive outgoing sales calls
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track and maintain new business opportunities, input orders, and handle inbound and outbound sale communications.
- Follow established sales processes
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with all members of the organization
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Able to work both independently and as a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Proficient with ERP Systems
