Inside Technical Sales sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers through visits and calls. Being a Inside Technical Sales creates and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to potential customers. Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. Additionally, Inside Technical Sales builds customer confidence by addressing all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements and to share insights from customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related technical or scientific discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Inside Technical Sales occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     We are currently hiring for Inside Sales Agents that reside in the state of Texas.

    As an Inside Sales Licensed Insurance Agent you will be handling inbound calls or leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers.

    Depending on your work assignment, you will interact with our customers through live calls.

    Pay Details :

    • Total average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and uncapped monthly sales incentives.
    • Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $100k .
    • Starting base salary is between $45K-$49.4K and monthly incentive plans vary depending on work assignments. Position assignments vary depending on business needs.

    Schedule Details :

    • Paid training is (4) months for those with a Property and Casualty Insurance license and (4.5) months for those unlicensed.
    • After training is complete you will transition to a permanent schedule that generally starts between the hours of 11 : 00am 1 : 00pm your local time.

    One weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week. Weekend rotations vary by position.

    You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer service
    • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
    • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
    • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
