Inside Technical Sales sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers through visits and calls. Being a Inside Technical Sales creates and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to potential customers. Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. Additionally, Inside Technical Sales builds customer confidence by addressing all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements and to share insights from customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related technical or scientific discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Inside Technical Sales occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Position is responsible for communicating and following up with customers and doctor offices about home INR testing, products, and services. Advancement opportunities available.

    · All inside sales with minimal cold calling

    · Uncapped commission hourly pay. Employees are typically earning $50K-$75K annually.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Attends work on a predictable basis.
    • Maintain and expand your database of referral sources
    • Sourcing new referral source opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Research accounts, identify key opportunities and generate interest
    • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources within the medical community.
    • Understand and provide information on Medicare and insurance requirements and product information to referral sources.
    • Provide marketing material to referral sources as requested and/or made available.
    • Input and maintain CRM sales calls activity, update account information as needed.
    • Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and meeting/exceeding a monthly sales quota.
    • Manage patient enrollment process.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.

    Education and/or Experience – Graduate from an accredited high school. Inside Sales experience desired but not required; medical industry knowledge beneficial; computer experience; ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute.

    Must be able to provide your own computer hardware, software, and home internet in a quiet/private environment. Employees are prohibited from being a caregiver at home during their shift while working remotely. The minimum requirements are:
