We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products and services
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers' needs and requirements
- Provide product information and demonstrations to prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Work on assigned regions, territory, state(s), top accounts, etc
- Responsible for tracking progress on individual goals via CRM entries. Documentation is essential
Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or related role - 2 years
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Mechanical background is helpful
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions
